•We went through a very lengthy process of selling and buying at the same time. Lois went out of her way to make the process as smooth as possible. She made phone calls that she didn't have to make, and showed up at appointments that she didn't have to be at. She advocated and fought for myself and my family. At times, even taking on verbal abuse that she didn't deserve. She remained calm and cool headed throughout the entire ordeal. I could write a book about her countless acts of selflessness and kind gestures. Her knowledge and experience of the real-estate market is impeccable! She's a wonderful realtor and a beautiful person. We wouldn't have gotten through if It had not been for her. Lois, Scott and I want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts, for all that you did and all that you had to endure on our behalf. May God continue to bless and keep you.
