Tom blew our expectations out of the water throughout the process of both buying and selling a home. I worked with a different agent when purchasing our first home and had no idea what I was missing out on with them, now that I can compare that experience to working with Tom. After navigating the purchase offer purchase with impressive responsiveness to allow us to get our offer accepted when we didn't think it possible given timing, Tom helped us sell our existing house both faster and for far more than we had anticipated even possible. Throughout the process, Tom left us feeling well-informed and confident with each step along the way. What can be a pretty stressful process became about as easy as I can imagine (shout out to Tom having allowed for digital signatures and document review, as well as a clear task list that lets you know exactly what you need to do along the way, and what to expect.) I would strongly recommend that anyone who has the opportunity to work with Tom, do so. His outstanding communication, wealth of expertise, sage wisdom, and responsiveness to get things done will leave you impressed and writing a recommendation just like this.
