•Let me be upfront. The sale of my house was forced from a divorce and Sandi was friends with the ex's family. It's important to get that out, as obviously this was not a situation I wanted, and I definitely didn't choose her. I have to say, I couldn't have been blessed more. Sandi walked in and promised she represented both of us, and she would do that fairly and without bias. She held to that. She would communicate well and fair, and always considered everyone and their needs, concerns, and opinions. She gave solid advice, and even trusted me when I asked her to, and we sold the house with an out of this world offer! Without Sandi and her commitment to make this sale work, and work with us to make it happen I don't know most people would have had the patience at times. At the end I felt I walked away with a realtor and a friend. I never should've doubted her from the beginning, but I am beyond thankful she stuck it out and made it work!
