We had some difficult special criteria driven by accessibility needs and the suitability of the house for certain remodeling requirements. He was always up for the challenge, and his sense of humor regularly added some much appreciated fun to the process. Our process took over a year between low inventory and difficulty finding houses that could work and suffering thru deals that fell apart due to inspection issues or financial negotiations.
