•Chris did a great job listing and selling our home. He really helped sort through the offers in order to help identify qualified buyers making it easier to determine whose offer to accept. We really appreciated his ability to balance guarding our time needed at home with request for showings. Chris also helped with suggestions for staging our home to highlight key features of the home during showings. Chris was careful to consider the impact on our time of being away for open house, scheduling open house to fit our schedule best. Most importantly we appreciated how quickly we received good offers and he was able to negotiate for us to remain in the home for 30 days after the sale to accommodate our move to our new location.
