•Michael is the best! He’s your “everyday” man who isn’t going to tell you a bunch of crap. He sends you comps. Openly discusses suggested opening price and strategies behind that decision. Consistent walk throughs with healthy suggestions on what to do and what not to worry about. Books everything you need, ie Inspector, photographer, Open House and even Under Contract needs like electrician and similar for exceptions under contract! He’s great with people and that includes potential buyers! My house was under contract opening weekend and after one open house…. At significantly above asking. You’re getting a real man in a real profession and a real game plan and strategy. I would use again. I would and do recommend him to friends and colleagues.
