•As first time homebuyers my fiancé and I quickly realized there was a lot more to the process than we had thought and were nervous about all the things we might miss or do wrong. Our mortgage broker recommended Tyler as being very adept at his profession and from our first contact with him we knew we had made the right choice in deciding to use him as our realtor. Right away we realized that he had gone out of his way to learn every aspect of the real estate business rather than just the basics of being a realtor. He made us feel more confident about choosing our first home by teaching us about the financial process as well as pointing out important things to look out for when viewing houses. He has a very honest approach and never made us feel rushed. This made us feel that he genuinely had our best interest at heart rather than just trying to get us into a house so he could get paid. We would highly recommend Tyler to anyone buying a home and actually have recommended friends and family to him and everyone has had the same great experience that we did.
Tyler was absolutely amazing. He was recommended to me from a friend of mine and a previous customer. I was previously working with a different Realitor who I did not feel like had my best interests in mind. After searching with my previous realitor for over 8 months I had almost given up hope looking for my home thinking that my sights were set too high and I was going to have to settle for a less then adequate house for myself. So I switched to Tyler and within less then 2 months I had an accepted offer on a house that was way more then I ever thought I could have gotten. He made the whole process so easy and less stressfull. And honestly you need them when looking for a new home. I would recommend anyone looking for a realitor to contact Tyler. He was more then just a suit and tie. He was the best I could have hoped for. And hopefully sticks around for a while when I'm ready for my next one!
