Great first experience working with just one realtor

When we found a home we wanted we did not have a realtor and Michelle acted as both the buyer and seller realtor. At no point at all did we ever feel that we were not being represented fairly and we feel that she looked out for both sides equally. Ultimately we ended up in a house that we love with really no complications at all!

Michelle was great to work with...we just happened to come across a property that she was the listing agent on so she facilitated the sale as the representative for both the seller and us as the buyer.
