Working with Gary was a fantastic experience. I was a first-time seller without any knowledge of how the process worked. I was referred to Gary through my nextdoor neighbors, and am so glad I went with him. Starting several months before my house was show-ready, Gary walked me through what steps to take to prepare, got me in touch with necessary people to do tasks on the house to pass inspection, performed several market analyses to give me an idea of what the house was worth and how much money I would see at the end of the transaction, and continuously checked in without pressuring me to know where we were in the process. Through and through, it was a good experience. I would definitely use him again.
