But what really stands out about Carlos is his commitment to making the sale happen from the very beginning market analysis to the end at closing. He is very Intuitive and hands-on in understanding exactly what his client needs from him and then delivering on meeting those needs. For example, I am very weak in the area of handling housing mechanical maintenance and repair issues. Recognizing this, he really took ownership for making sure these were addressed, often personally handling them himself. I grew to respect Carlos for his high level of personal commitment and integrity in going the extra mile to make sure issues were addressed. I grew to trust him completely in representing me in real estate matters of importance to me and my family.

Carlos was certainly the right person to have in my corner, even with this being my third home purchase in Florida. He scheduled visitation of any for-sale listings I was interested promptly, would check them along with me, and provided answers to any questions I had about the property. Whenever I had concerns, Carlos would provide me with ideas, alternatives and possible solutions to the issues. He was there to help me submit offers that would be in my best interests, handled all subsequent negotiations, and kept me well informed during the entire transaction. He was also present at final closing of my new home. Now that's what I call a first class service! I absolutely recommend Carlos to both new and experienced home buyers in the Central Florida market.
