I have had to the opportunity to buy a house with Marina in NSB and also sell that same house 2 1/2 years later. Marina was a great realtor. What made her great? She is an incredible communicator and very responsive to any questions or issues that arose. She does her research well and always has a good rationale for the decision she suggests. She also knows so many people along the coast. If she has a question, needs a product or service she knows who to go to get the answer, product or service. She is always positive and in a great mood. Just a delight to be around. If I was staying in the area and needed to buy or sell another property, Marina would be my realtor of choice.
