•My wife and I first met with Ms. Patton ( The Real Estate Jeannie ) for a preliminary introduction on what we needed to do to get our home ready for sale and to see if our chemistry was good with our prospective realtor. We felt as though Ms. Patton was one of the family and still do today. The things she pointed out that would make a difference with the sale was spot on and corrected or enhanced. Although the coronavirus was with us all of 2020 Ms. Patton stayed in contact and facilitated alternative ways to get vital things done that kept things moving forward. It was very innovative how she stayed on top of things and kept me in the loop every step of the way without any surprises. To sum this up from the professionalism standpoint you will not find anyone more professional than the Real Estate Jeannie. In layman's terms, I'm not great at describing everything but we met Jeannine and a had a good feeling about her and she did not let us down. Jeannie had a good bead on the market so as to not waste time with having to adjust pricing and she networked with others to increase the chances of a timely sale. Jeannie was awesome and that's all I have to say about that. Bye the way my house had a CONTRACT on it officially after one day on the market.
