•We were so pleased with our agent, her work ethic, bright personality and knowledge of the real estate market in Jacksonville are unsurpassed. Amber bent over backwards and forwards to get us in a home we love. She kept us up-to-date during the whole process. We changed our minds 2 or 3 times after inspections, but that didn't slow her down. We were still in NC waiting for our home to sell, which meant that much (all?) of the leg work was done by her with us in a different state. Like anyone, we had several things we were hoping to have, such as covered back patio, two-car garage, separate building with plenty of room for tools and storage, durable flooring with no carpet, roomy living area, and a fireplace to boot. We thought we would need to downsize our lot but got a nice 1/4 acre. She worked smoothly with our lender and closer, and really made the whole process a delight. We would SO HIGHLY recommend her for anyone moving to Jacksonville. Thank you SO MUCH Amber.
