•She worked with me throughout the process, including scheduling Open House dates, making sure that everything could go as smoothly as possible. She texted and called often to let me know about potential buyers wanting to look at the house. She’d also go over with me various pros and cons of any offers that came in. When the house was getting close to being sold, she helped me ensure my questions were answered. She was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects and helped me put my mind at ease since the house was on the market for a while (higher asking price meant that I’d get fewer prospective buyers, but the house is huge, so it made sense). I would absolutely recommend her 10/10 times to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
