I have bought and sold a few homes over the years and never have i had the pleasure to work with anyone as knowledgeable, available and helpful as Matt. From renting the home to ultimately selling it, he knows his stuff. He got us top dollar for our house and gave us guidance that helped save us tax dollars, being out of state sellers. He knew where to stand firm and where we needed to concede to make the deal happen. Probably the easiest home sale i have ever had.
