Bought a Florida Home While in New York with Help from a True Real Estate Professional
As New Yorkers looking for a warm place to escape the frigid Northeast winters, my wife and I began to look online at properties for sale in Florida, specifically the Sarasota area. Mike was recommended to us by a personal friend as a realtor who is friendly, knowledgeable, caring and most importantly, being that our showings would be virtual - trustworthy. Mike is a 15 on the 10 scale and was with us every step of the way as we began to look at properties. As one might imagine, looking for a home while 1,300 miles away can be a bit stressful but Mike immediately made us feel at ease, was more than accommodating, and was determined to help us find the perfect home for our needs. He always gave us his honest opinion on properties even if it meant moving on and continuing our search. He’s not a realtor who is just out to sell you the first home you see. He understands it’s a big investment and wants you to feel comfortable with the purchase and it’s obvious he finds great joy in helping you find a home that suits you best.
