I want to take this time to thank Laura Segarra...

I want to take this time to thank Laura Segarra for her absolutely fantastic work in selling our home. This was our second attempt to sell. The first time left us a bit ambivalent about the whole process. In turn, we settled in with the notion that it would take at least six months to find a buyer. But when I first spoke with Laura, she said with determination, "I can sell it!" I was still unsure, but she persisted. She also assisted us with a few repairs by recommending her contractor. He was very professional and proficient. His prices and very reasonable and reliable. Our home was put on the market 16 Jul, we signed a contract 10 Aug, and it closed today.
