•Marlene was chosen by us from a pool of realtors that an agent we were working with in Virginia had reached out to. We called several of them and because we had a modular house in a park to sell they all kind of told us we didn't stand a chance of selling but no Marlene she came out to meet us and took on the challenge. Within a short time of us listing we actually had an offer but unfortunately it was contingent on that person selling their mobile home and the deal fell apart. But Marlene kept on the push and we had multiple showings and finally after about 6 or 7 months the house sold. We have recommended Marlene to several people including our niece who is currently working with her to purchase her first house. We would definitely use Marlene again if the need were to arise. So don't hesitate to reach out to her and use her knowledge of the business and her honest personality to purchase or sell your next property.
