•My situation required a home purchase to happen quickly. Bill showed me multiple properties, always making himself available when I could make it. Most of those showing reqired Bill to be available on Sundays. He never made me feel like it was inconvenient or that he didn't want to be there. Bill was extremely knowledgeable about the market trends and how to navigate home purchases in the current economy. The market currently is so fast paced it was actually quite overwhelming for me to understand. Bill never missed a beat. He helped me figure out all of the details from making offer to home inspections and appraisals not just for the home I was buying but also for the home I already owned. Bill made sure closing on the home went seamless and reminded me about all the items I needed to have in order. I recommend Bill highly and can't thank him enough for everything he did!
