Tina was professional and knowledgeable throughout our entire selling and buying experience. More importantly, she was a bright spot in all the stress that we endured during this process. Both the home we sold and the home we bought had issues (some minor, some major). As second time home buyers and first time home sellers, we were not prepared for the long list of things that could stall the process and ultimately cause us to question our decision to sell/buy in the first place. Tina remained calm and collected (and didn't judge me for my tantrums!), and reassured us that we were making the right decisions and helped us move forward. Tina sold our house for $20,000 over asking and got us our dream house at a great price. I'm eternally grateful for her help and expertise, especially every morning when I wake up in my dream home.

I was paired with Tony by my bank and I have to say I was very happy with his work. He hit the ground running. He was always availabe by text, phone or email, all of which worked well for me. He was very responsive, listened to what I wanted and he delivered. He worked behind the scene, negotiating and kept things moving. From begin to end it took less than a month for the entire process from getting approved, finding a home and closing. I tbought the process would be a lot more tedious and stressful but with Tony's knowledge and expertise it was a breeze. I already recommended him to friend that's thinking about buying soon. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to friends and family. Thanks Tony we love our new home.

I have worked with many realtors in my life and by far Rhonda Colon has been the very best! Rhonda wanted to ensure that I was truly buying the home I wanted, regardless of how many homes we needed to visit. She also investigated all questions I had. In a couple of instances, her diligence in researching these questions prevented me from making a mistake in placing an offer on a home. Rhonda was very responsive and I highly recommend her as a realtor!
