As first time home buyers, we felt Gus took really good care of us with our needs and consideration. He found the home we wanted. He was very responsive with all our questions, if he didn’t know, he would find out for us. He was able to meet us at our best available times with no issues. Because our home was a new construction he had a cleaning service come and clean our home before and after we moved in, free of charge. He knew El Paso and the surrounding areas, given us information and recommendations of places to visit, helping us get familiar with the area.Although this was our first house we purchased, we had other realtors before a few years back, and Gus was outstanding compared to the others.

Highly recommended!! Gustavo listens to costumers needs despite odd requests at times. Answers phone calls/texts promptly and with a good attitude. He is completely involved in the process and explains each step of the way with patience, especially if you arw a first time home buyer.

Highly recommended, it was our first time on buying a home so we had no clue of anything, he helped us and answered every question that we had. Was VERY patient with us ,Guided us step by step on what we needed to do to choose the right home for us ! was really quick to respond and walked us through everything very perfectly and very professionally, and he never stopped working on the things that needed to be done and because of his dedication of him getting us our dream home that we wanted in the end , we are living in that home for almost a year now thank to him ! i will never stop being so thankful and grateful for his help!

Gustavo was recommended to me by a coworker and since the beginning I noticed that he was committed to his job. Responded my initial text one night right away.I also noticed he had everything prepared and layed out the plan on how to approach it to get the house successfully, even since the beginning.He was also always available to answer any questions and frustrations even at night, would answer texts incredibly quick (believe me, this is something you'll want from a real estate agent) and was very, very patient whenever we decided on changing last minute plans.He was never in a rush to buy the house and get the deal done with if it didn't feel it was the correct house and always listened to us. Wanted us to feel comfortable on our future house.Gustavo would even go around the house checking it himself and giving recs based on experience and based on things he would see weird. He would always adjust his schedule around my complicated and weird schedule also, which for me was another BIG plus.Having say this, I would definitely recommend him and will contact him again if I need to buy/sell a house in El Paso.
