•Michael worked as our buyers agent and helped us purchase a home recently during an extremely tight and competitive market. In our case, we lost out on a home, however, he followed through and helped us get the home when the first buyers dropped out. We had been searching for two years - yet Michael did not give up on us and tirelessly showed us homes in person and at times remotely so we would not lose out on a potential purchase. Michael was timely in communications throughout the entire purchase process, working well with all parties - seller's agent, mortgage broker, buyers/sellers attorneys and us. Michael is honest and trustworthy and will be sure that you have all the information to make an informed offer and purchase. He does not stop working after the closing, he will continue working until all parts of the deal are performed. Buying a home can be very stressful, and Michael is able to remain calm professional and focused and keep his eyes on the big picture and help clients see this as well. He is an excellent realtor and a good person. I would highly recommend Michael as a buyers agent and I would highly recommend him as sellers agent as well.
Mike is a pleasure to deal with, and his knowledge, confidence, and organizational skills made the entire process of purchasing our home on the Cape relatively easy and free of stress.
