How do you thank someone who helped make your dreams come true? We were fortunate enough to have the luck of being randomly connected with Kara through a Trulia listing we were interested in seeing. From our initial contact all the way through signing our contract, Kara has been nothing less than the ultimate professional. She was prompt and courteous in all communications. Kara always made time to show several properties and was very knowledgeable about the homes and community.We were using a USDA mortgage, which is not the most desirable for sellers in the current market. We listened to Kara’s guidance on how to make our offer competitive, and the second house we bid on was accepted!Behind the scenes, Kara worked tirelessly communicating with our loan officer and the seller’s agent, as well as answering my endless questions. There were a few rough patches, as well as potential pitfalls. We were always kept in the loop of goings-on and informed of ways that could potentially be a problem so we would not be caught unaware.
