Condo
•Our son passed unexpectedly and we needed to prepare his condo for sale. The property is 1 hour away, under probate restrictions and two different neighbors wanted to buy the condo as is. AJ helped me work thru all the options. AJ coordinated fixing up the property, putting it on the market, conducted two open houses, received more than six offers all while coordinating with lawyers re probate requirements. AJ advised us on negotiations which was particularly challenging for AJ as he was the agent for both the buyer and seller. During the last week we had a major problem with the new HVAC system. AJ personally saw through the fix to our satisfaction and most importantly that of the buyer. His ethical behavior in this sale was outstanding. We could not have asked for a better agent.
