•Tricia was an amazing agent. We drove down to Maryland from Pennsylvania after seeing the house on the internet. We called the agent on the sign and he told us he couldn't represent the seller and the buyer so he contacted Tricia for us. She called us immediately on a Sunday afternoon and we got to see the property the next day. Her guidance throughout the entire sale transaction was seamless. There were two safety issues that I would not budge on and the sellers did not want to deal with; however, she came up with a plan that satisfied us.
