Townhouse
•Max made a few good suggestions and also brought me a potential buyer before the house was listed. With the help of Max, my house fetched the HIGHEST price paid for a townhouse of its kind in the neighborhood. We were offered a price above the asking price. Going to the closing all documents were in order and per the Title agent: smoothest closing ever. He kept in touch with us before we listed and updated us during the process. Max made some recommendations that would have been costly and maybe would've made the house look better, but would not have greatly increased the sale price and would've not impacted the sale of the house. While marble countertops and replacing the mailbox would've added appeal to the house, they were not needed. We sold with the beautiful Formica countertops for a fraction of the cost, the old mailbox, in under 24 hours.
