I’m really pleased with my experience working with Westley. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and uncertainties about what I could afford and how aggressive I needed to be with offers. Westley walked me through every step in detail, which gave me the confidence to move forward without feeling overwhelmed. He let me take my time to see a wide variety of homes—sometimes six in a single day—until I figured out what I really wanted. He gave helpful advice when I asked for it, but always respected my ability to make the final decisions. What stood out most was his calmness, friendliness, and flexibility. If I wanted to see a house right away, he made it happen. He was always available for a phone call, and he handled the hard work of coordinating with sellers and scheduling everything so I could focus on making sure I got what I wanted. In the end, I found the perfect home for me, and I owe a lot of that to Westley. I’d recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
