With 24 years of experience in real estate, I come from a family deeply rooted in this industry. Throughout my career, I've earned several credentials, including GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), SFR (Short Sale Specialist), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). As a Principal Broker, I also play a role in managing and supervising the Windermere Sandy Real Estate office. Being a consistent member of the multi-million dollar club for the past 22 years reflects my dedication to negotiating the best deals for my clients.
On a Personal Note:
Having spent my entire life in the Mt Hood area, I deeply cherish my small-town roots and values. I'm happily married with two children, and our family enjoys bonding over sports, outdoor activities, fishing, camping, and quality time together. Born and raised in beautiful San Diego, California, I found my heart in Oregon and fell in love with the close-knit community of Sandy. So how did a Nebraska farm boy come to own a Real Estate office? Sorry space is limited! Suffice to say that he was raised on a dairy farm and worked long hours. His dad's philosophy is that "nothing is achieved without hard work" and Alan adopted that philosophy early in life. This probably nurtured his ability to put difficult transactions together and to always strive to make the deal work for buyers and sellers. It was a great experience from start to finish with the sale of the house.
From the beginning the house was priced right so there were many showings during the holidays when it is normally a slow time. When we needed a few minor repairs, Alan had people lined up to do them. I'm so grateful for the outstanding job and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Couldn't ask for a better agent!
Ashley helped me purchase my new home while I still lived across the United States, in Georgia. She worked with my daughter, who lived locally, to look at properties so that I could move from the home I was selling directly into my new home. She was always available, showed kindness and concern to my daughter and her family as she would've and did to myself. She was always prompt, answered any and all questions, was fantastic with follow up and made sure that things were completed as promised by the seller. She replied quickly to any communication and always made sure to keep myself and my daughter in the loop in all aspects of the sale. Very polite and professional!! Again, I couldn't ask for a better agent!

Best Realtor in the PNW!
Wes was the most kind, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and easy going Real Estate agent I can imagine anyone ever having. From the moment we began working together he guided me every step of the way. Not only is he very intelligent and knowledgeable in his field, he’s also down-to-earth and practical. He understands both sides of a home sale and purchase. While assuming my desire to get the most value from the sale, he also helped balance that with the timeline that I desired to be in to get the job done. Selling one’s home, especially their first as in my case, can be one of biggest financial transactions we experience. This is in addition to the mental and emotional connection and release we endure. With all the work it takes to get one’s house in optimum shape to present to sell, all of this can feel overwhelming.
