•We had such a great time working with Garrick. He was very patient during our 3-month-long hunt and has helped us find our dream home at an ideal price. He has a keen eye for the minor details that a first-time homebuyer like me would overlook. He is very accurate in estimating how much a house will sell for, and has saved us from wasting our time and getting our hopes up. Garrick is honest and was transparent throughout the entire process. He is very responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. I have recommended him to a friend of mine and they, too, enjoy working with Garrick. That being said, I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Bay Area, especially first-time homebuyers. I definitely look forward to working with him again for my next home in the next few years!
