•Before Eva Do helped us sell our condo, Eva had been managing our condo for more than 10 years. We live on the east coast, it was impossible for us to attend to every single issue that came up with the condo. Eva helped us to find tenants, she helped on any problem with our condo, including finding workers, buying parts needed and helped us replace appliances. She was very prompt at addressing issues and respectful of us and the tenants. When it was time for us to sell the condo, she took care of everything. Open houses, helping us understand forms, finding a title company. Working with her has been a great experience. She understands the market and the job that needs to be done. We could not say enough good things about working with Eva.
