Yvette is the best in the business! I cannot express enough how professional, knowledgeable and hard working Yvette is. I've never met someone who works so hard to take care of a client. Every question was answered, every concern was addressed and I genuinely felt cared for when working with Yvette. I first met Yvette when purchasing my home and there would be no one else I would have take care of the sale. I contacted Yvette 2 months before I planned to market my home for sale. She went through the home and let me know optional items to fix or updated based on her experiences, all of which were totally optional. For the items I opted to fix, she has a contractor for the job, all of which come with the highest level of professionalism, great pricing and high quality work. When it came time to list the house, she worked with me on my tight timelines and was always steps ahead to ensure everything was taken care of. My home was listed for less than 72 hours before getting an offer and I attribute this directly to Yvette's dedication to satisfy her clients. While the home was vacant, she tended to the property by collecting mail, cleaning leaves, trimming plants. Yvette certainly works for her clients! Overall wonderful experience working with Yvette. When buying a home in San Diego, there is not other person I would have as my realtor. Yvette is more than just a realtor, but a life long friend.
