•Paul was an amazing guide for my family as we navigated selling our home. He had answers for us every step of the way, and was knowledgeable about what repairs we should and shouldn't make to get the best price. He had competent, fair contacts for the repairs we did choose to make, and he helped us coordinate those repairs. He was in constant contact with us and had answers to every question that we had (which turned out to be a lot, as we were new to this process!). He was helpful, ethical, and trustworthy, and made a difficult process as easy as it could be. I could not recommend him more highly.
