•Sullivan was a pleasure to work with. From meeting us to view a property that we called him about the night before he arranged showings to fit our schedule. Very knowledgeable about the market and real estate in general. We made a number of offers, had a few concerns with zoning, inspections , etc he took them all in stride and got us our questions answered very timely. We consider Sullivan our friend not our realtor. We would and do recommend Sullivan to anyone buying or selling property. We know they will be as happy using his services as we were.
