Excellent Experience Start to Finish

Mike and Gayle were wonderful throughout the whole process of selling our home. They came over to review the house before we put up it for sale and made several valuable suggestions on how to improve and maximize the sale price. Mike took extensive notes on what we wanted to do and knew the house very well inside and out. They were responsive when questions came up. They helped us strategize on how to accept and structure the terms of the offer. They gave us a list of trusted professionals they vetted over the years when we needed to fix and get things tested in the house to complete the sale...very helpful as we didn't have to figure out who to call. Communication was great, knowledge of the housing market as great, all in all....great experience with Mike, Gayle and the their team.
