I loved her positive attitude with any obstacles we faced and I wasn't stressed at any time! All of the open houses were a success and things always ran smoothly. Nicolle's knowledge and kind words were always appreciated for myself and the potential buyers. She knows her stuff! Nicolle helped me to understand and walked me through every step it took for a smooth simultaneous close! She helped us sell our house and buy a new one where we wanted to live - near the coast. When we are ready to do this again - maybe in 10 yrs now...we will definitely be calling Nicolle and her team!

I worked with Nicolle in selling my house off market in Orlando and buying a new home in Tarpon Springs ! All I can say is what an ultimate professional she is that knows how to handle so many obstacles! My Orlando home almost fell through because my buyers had unforeseen issues with their buyers and she jumped right into action and helped their real estate agent find a new buyer in record setting time and then we had delays and issues on the Tarpon Springs home , she once again sprang into action to make sure I was all set ! In a world where most brokers only care about the sale and the money in their pocket, Nicolle truly loves what she does and cares about her clients what a privilege to work with a woman who is setting the best example for not only other real estate brokers but also her 3 beautiful children.
