Yvette, The Best!

This review won't do any justice to express how grateful we are to Yvette. The entire process from setting up first appointment to meet till the closing of our house - everything went super smooth. All thanks to Yvette's professionalism and friendly nature. We were really impressed the way she presented market comparables for our home at the first meeting - very organized and well researched. She was always honest and straightforward about her suggestions, and never left us in dark or wondering what to do next. We felt we were connected with her during the entire process and she always answered our questions and responded to our requests almost instantaneously. In these challenging times, she comes out as a person who is adaptive, informative and still following all the right procedures and protocols. Never did we feel she was cutting any corners. We feel that she not only has great popularity and trust amongst her clients like us but also great reputation amongst her peers and agents on the other side. Even if I were on the buying side, I would be very confident in going ahead with a listing by Yvette because I can be rest assured that she has priced it well and disclosed all the necessary information. She also has a great team of painter, cleaner, stager, mover, etc and she presented us with a very accurate timeline of this whole selling process. After she setup the timeline and process we thought we might have to remind her or follow up to get things done but that was not the case. She was proactive and always on top of things that we were always trying to catch up because she moves really fast :) Like everyone else has said, she responds very quickly. Whether it's email, text or a call, she was always available for us and got back to us lightning fast. We are really happy with Yvette and her amazing team and would highly recommend her.
