•Jami located, presented and closed on a property for me in Redondo Beach sight unseen on my part. I trusted Jami as my eyes and ears, I told her what I was looking for and she skillfully handled it from start to finish. I was out of town, and showed up after it was closed to see it for the first time. Her selection surpassed my expectations. I don't recommend that people follow this sight unseen formula, but Jami's attention to detail that included the inspection, HOA etc. gave me peace of mind in those areas that can be trouble. I'd give her 10 stars if they allowed it!
