We had a really good experience with Tony and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home. Our process was long -- we started looking in February 2012 and then finally bought a house in January 2015. Through the entire process, Tony had endless patience and was always available to show us houses. He always follows through, keeps in touch and makes you feel that you are his only client. We ended up not negotiating the price of the house that we bought, which is why I didn't put a rating for that. But I am sure that if it had come down to a negotiation, Tony would have done an excellent job and advocated for us.

This September I began the process to buy my first home. Tony was great to work with, and made the process as easy as possible. Tony was very flexible in arranging showings that worked with my schedule. In addition to the homes I requested to view, Tony arranged to show several other homes which fit into what I was looking for as well. When my boyfriend found the listing for the house I ended up buying, Tony was able to set up a showing within a day. About a half hour after the showing, I knew I was ready to make an offer. I called Tony, and within a few hours in the same afternoon, we had the offer ready to go! The seller wanted to close extremely quickly, within 3 weeks, and Tony helped facilitate this so we could close on time, even though he was traveling throughout the process. I highly recommend Tony for anyone that is looking to buy a home, especially their first home! All of Tony's help was greatly appreciated and we are extremely happy with our new home!
