She attended to all the details, both major and minor, with which I had no experience, while never once making me feel badly about it. As supportive and comforting as a mother placing a bandaid on a sore finger she exudes confidence and competence which, in turn, relieves much of the anxiety one might otherwise feel during such an important process. Even several months after closing Stephanie is alway available to smooth out any lingering litle 'hangnails' which this covid-induced business process seems to produce.
