•Miranda was extremely responsive throughout the entire buying process. She helped us structure our offer to standout in a competitive market. She stood up for us when we needed to be firm on deadlines.
Miranda was everything we wanted in a realtor. Knowledgeable, competent, & professional. She struck the right balance between pointing out things I might not have considered, helping me sort through my priorities, all while giving space for me to figure out what I really wanted without pressure. During the negotiation phase, she not only explained the many mechanics of the deal, but offered advice on how to structure our offer to be competitive. In the end, it was her help with structuring the offer and her professional and savvy handling of the selling party that put our offer above the competition and won us our dream home in what was very much a seller's market. The only downside is that we are one and done home buyers, because Miranda is the type of realtor I would use again and again.
