•Candice is an excellent real estate agent. She was a pro from start to finish. I own a home and real estate investments and have worked with a number of real estate agents over the years. They have all been pretty good. But I chose to work with Candice after she received almost gushing reviews from a close friend. And so happy I switched. Candice is significantly better than the other agents I have worked with. Her responsiveness and knowledge about the housing market and the various different sub-markets and neighborhoods in an area are superior. And she gives really good advice. I just bought a home with Candice at several thousand dollars below the asking price! She definitely earns her commission and then some!
