Second time using Rhonda Evans as a realtor and couldn’t be more happy with her results!
Rhonda has now bought a home with us and sold a home with us! We couldn’t be happier with her communication style, market knowledge, professionalism, and negotiation skills. She’s truly one of the best, especially with helping seniors like ourselves! She is a true asset to the community as well.

Everything went well without any difficulties
Rhonda showed good communication skills and very professional. She went out of her way to make selling our Parents home as easy as possible. She negotiated well with buyers and sellers when any problems came up.She made sure everyone was happy in the transaction!

Awesome to deal with
Tim was awesome during the entire process, any time I called or sent an email he was very quick to respond. Tim arranged to meet with me prior to settlement allowing me to meet with some contractors for estimates so after settlement I was ready to get some remodeling accomplished very quickly

Tim was responsive to all my questions and supportive every step of the way through the buying process. His approach was professional while being friendly at the same time. His support continues after the sale with any other questions I may have. A followup trait that is not often seen these days.

Tim was really patient with me
Tim has been really patient and understanding with me though everything, he was never discouraging. He was always doing his best for me. He never pushed me to to buy something I didn’t like. I loved Tim as my realtor I wouldn’t ask for anyone else I loved his partner as well when Tim couldn’t be there he always made sure someone was there for me to see a house. If I ever buy another house, I would make sure that Tim would be my realtor… thank you for everything that you’ve done to get us to this house, we are loving it
