Throughout the entire time that I worked with Lori I found her to be very task oriented, attentive to detail in all aspects of her profession, and very knowledgeable in regards to the various counties in NC, being a native of NC and having worked and lived in different areas over the years. Based upon my experience working with Lori and being familiar with the experiences that others have had working with agents, Lori stands out due to her willingness to be as supportive as possible in relation to the personal needs of each individual client. Whether that be in being present for support and/or direction and input during appointments when a client is taking bids from various contractors or whether it be in personally assisting a client in preparations in the moving process, one can rest assured that Lori Turner will "have your back." Lori went way above and beyond for me. This was the first time I have purchased a home and I had honestly no idea what I was doing. She went out of her way to make sure I understood the entire process, and was always available to answer questions. She is wonderful at determining the types of houses to look at for your personal taste and needs. When we first seen the house I purchased, she looked at me and said I can see you here, and she was right. I would highly recommend her to any of my family and friends. I am forever grateful, because she made sure I did not feel like I was alone in the process & helped me find the home of my dreams.
