•I believe Beth & I met somewhere and she gave me her card??. She came to visit me and my mom in our apartment in Blakeney. Brought a packet and I just remember as it’s been over 2 yrs, she was very professional yet personable and patient and knowledgeable. We went many places to look for homes. She emailed me many homes and vice versa. We worked hard together as a team as time was of the essence. I had to take my 90yo mom most times with me and that was difficult and she had her baby also. She worked very hard to get me what I wanted in a very short time from start to close. I wasn’t the easiest to work with but this would have been the 1st home and possibly the last one I would get. It was very important for me to get what I needed and desired. I only regret having rushed thru the inspection process as there are things that I found out only just recently. I believe that is the most important part of the closure process as once it’s fobe and you accept it there is no going back. I have gone s lot to the property from closing until now. Very expensive improvements and more to come. But that goes with getting the home for s good price and also s new roof which Beth negotiated a lot for me! I appreciate her and her hard work. We still keep in contact and when my mom passed in May Beth sent a sympathy card!
