Pat was on it. She showed us every house we wanted to see. Gave us pros and cons of houses and areas. We had offer fall through on one house and she found us better house in better area for about same price. The house wasn’t even fully on market yet. So we were able to be the first offer on the table. The relationships Pat has with the statesboro community is priceless. She has been here forever and knows just about everyone. She was a real pleasure to work with for sure. I hope to work with her in future!
