We were in communication with Amber several months prior to our move, she was always helpfully and patient with our decision making process, never pushing but always available when we had a question. After we narrowed our focus on location and community with her assistance Amber was essential for our review of the homes available. This was particularly demanding as we were living in Pasadena, CA at the time and couldn’t personally inspect the homes and communities of interest. This disadvantage was overcome by Amber’s willingness to visit properties of interest, provide videos and initiate numerous conference calls for joint property inspections and evaluation. This process was particularly important due to the state of the market at the time with limited inventories it was definitely a sellers market. Many properties were under contract immediately after listing and with the difficulties we faced with travel restrictions due to the pandemic the prospect of finding a suitable home was very difficult. We found Amber trustworthy and very professional and we came to rely on her professional judgement, when we had questions or a need for additional information she responded immediately. We were very fortunate that we found Amber to assist and guide us through the complications of buying a home, particularly from such a distance. We found the size, type and design of home that we wanted all by video thanks to Amber’s hard work and dedication. And I glad to say that we are very pleased with the purchase.
