I had a great experience working with Sherry. From the very beginning, she was always helpful, available, and willing to answer all of our questions. And trust me, we had plenty of questions! Sherry was always prepared and seemed to have information ready for us before we even knew we needed it. She helped us understand the process, kept us informed, stayed on top of deadlines and details, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. What really stood out to me was that she didn't just do the basic things you expect a realtor to do. She made sure we understood what was happening and felt comfortable w/ every decision we were making. We knew she always had our best interests in mind. Buying a house is stressful, especially when there are a lot of moving parts, but having Sherry in our corner made a huge difference. She handled the things we didn't even know needed to be handled and was there whenever we needed her. Marisela was recommended to me and my husband through a friend. We recently moved states. She made our home purchasing experience incredible. As first time home buyers she did a great job of explaining things to us and she paid attention to what we liked and disliked. It really felt like she was on the journey with us as we saw several houses in several different areas. She is one of the sweetest people and is extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I were stuck with a ton of uncertainty with our move from out of state and what area to live in not having ever stepped foot in Florida before. Zari helped us tour easily over 15 homes and really took to heart what was important to us from amenities to our preferences and style of home. This became even more important when we were unable to close on our initial number one choice and had to head back home. We were unable to buy for several months, circumstances outside of our control, and Zari stayed in contact with us throughout the delayed process and was incredible at being our eyes and ears while we were out of state. When we were finally ready to buy, Zari helped us decide to between two great homes and really found us a steal, much more than we had ever hoped for and especially when it came to advocating for us during closing! Zari was a great communicator, advocate and her knowledge of the panhandle alleviated so much of the worry and stress that comes with purchasing a home, let alone moving across the country. Absolutely would recommend her expertise to help you in your home buying experience.
