Proactive and straightforward - Scott gets it done right

First time sellers and Scott kept us calm and reassured through all the steps, many of which were uncertain or intimidating. Scott met us where we wanted to be strategically and also kept us realistic and goal-focused. We knew where to put our attention and where not to worry. Condo market conditions in Calabasas at the time (winter 2026) were challenging - we may have ended up on the lower end of our range, but we don’t fault Scott for that.
