•Kathryn can recommended to my family from the agent that sold my dads their Palm Springs condo. Within 3 years both of them had passed and it was time to sell. I reached back out to Kathryn and she had suggestions what to change and do to get the home market ready. Living in Seattle, I relied on her and her network to help with painting/carpet cleaning/window cleaning/etc….she kept me informed every step of the way and I truly would not have been able to get this done without her. She is an industry professional who knows what she’s doing, and is sincere and thoughtful to her clients. Thank you Kathryn, for helping get the property closed less than 2 months from list date. You are the best!
