Professional and hard working agents who works to get the job done. Great team!

From the first meeting, when my wife and I met Leonor and Sarah, we knew that these were the agents we needed to hire. Leonor came very highly recommended by one of our neighbors and right up until closing they did not disappoint. After doing a walk through of our home and property, Leonor and Sarah explained how they were going to sell our house, the various comps in the area, the condition of the market in our area and how they would stage the home to make it more appealing to buyers. Immediately after the meeting we made a decision that these were the agents who would sell our home. This was not the first agent who tried to sell our house. The first agent rarely got us a showing and we received no legitimate offers in a year. We saw immediate results and started getting multiple showings once our listing became active with Leonor and Sarah. The best thing I found out with Leonor and Sarah is they always reached out to the buyer's agent to see if there was any interest in purchasing the property and just as important we got feedback which helped us prepare for future showings. They kept us in the loop so we always knew what was going on. Leonor and Sarah also held numerous open houses for our property, which led to several offers and the eventual sale. No matter what happend at a showing or a low offer, both Leonor and Sarah remained positive which helped us get through the sale of our home. We relied on both our Agents knowledge of their profession and market, especially when we had two offers for our property: the first did not work out because of finances and the second resulted in the sale of our house. We relied on Leonor and Sarah's negotiating skills and took their advice and I am extremely happy to say that we sold our house.
